Pricing for services is subject to change at any time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare or makeup purchase, you may return the items for store credit within 30 days, provided they are in resalable condition, kept in their original packaging, and meet return eligibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Exclusions do apply. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Final sale items: LED masks, supplements, and perishable items (e.g., Clean Simple Eats) cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns are subject to inspection for damage or misuse before store credit is issued.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Prepayments for services are non-refundable. Services received cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
